My name is Jordan McKie and I am a self-proclaimed travel enthusiast who always has the next adventure scheduled in (I’m sure many of you can relate to this rhetoric). I have been travelling for half my life and for various reasons being international sports tournaments, student exchange, solo travel and living overseas, family meet ups, and most recently, to get married.
I am a firm believer that travel is like DNA and should be uniquely tailored to each individual and their interests. My business’ core values are centred around this ethos as well as exceptional personalisation of each itinerary and customer experience. In a world of automation, the human connection is something that is growing to be more valuable and it is what I pride myself on.
How does Odyssey Adventures work?
Here at Odyssey Adventures, our first priority is ensuring you feel cared for in every step of your journey.
After your enquiry has come through, I will call and schedule in a 30 minute consultation with you where we discuss in depth your plans of travel and come up with a general plan. To continue on, a non-refundable deposit will need to be made (but don’t worry- this comes off your final payment!) and a heavily curated itinerary will be sent to you along with a highlight reel to get you excited for your journey.
Next, we will ensure the itinerary is perfect and make adjustments where necessary. Then we book in our arrangements when needed up until a month prior to your departure (dependent on when you are leaving). For the lead up to your departure, I will regularly check in via phone or email to ensure you have everything you need sorted and provide various travel tips along the way.
Then the exciting part- your departure date! I will check you are all ready to go prior to leaving and wish you all the best for your new adventure.
When the time comes and you eventually need to come back, I will eagerly be contacting you with how the trip went and begging for photos and reels.
